In the semifinals of the tournament in Stuttgart, Brandon Nakashima will face Jan-Lennard Struff. Nakashima has shown excellent form, defeating Gasquet and Eubanks without dropping a set. He has also had success on the challenger circuit this season. Struff is also in good form, having beaten Rinderknech and Kovalik without dropping a set.
