My forecast is that Persell's chances of winning the upcoming match may be lower than Ruud's, but not so much so as to completely dismiss him. Playing on fast hardcourt, Persell may be vulnerable, as we have seen in his previous matches. He lost in Mason the year before, conceding in two sets to Ben Shelton. However, in the current season, Persell is in excellent form and showing progress. He defeated Felix Auger-Aliassime and was able to hold his ground against Andy Murray. Considering this, I expect Persell to show a good game and be able to put up a strong resistance against Ruud. I would not rule out the possibility of his victory or, at the very least, a narrow loss with a positive game handicap. Hence, my forecast is for F1 (+3.5).
