Constant Lestienne occasionally shows good tennis and can even compete at a high level in tournaments against top players, but this is only when he is in good form. Currently, he mostly plays minor challengers and doesn't always come out on top. However, one thing that can be acknowledged is that he plays well in domestic tournaments. In France, his game is much better, and he is motivated to go as far as possible. Otto Virtanen is an average player who usually plays many tournaments back-to-back without any notable results. Recently, he played just one tournament and immediately has to travel again, so he might be tired. Neither of them has any consistent performance. I will choose the French player because of his home advantage and slightly better recent form.
